These sites can be searched freely, but due to license terms, remote access to full articles in most of these databases is limited to faculty, students and staff at the University of Minnesota--Twin Cities.

The Science & Engineering Library has the SAE technical papers available in print from 1948-2001 on level S, under call number TL1 .S552. SAE transactions (which contain select SAE technical papers) are also available from 1917-1965 on level S, call number TL1.S6. If you wish to obtain a technical paper published after 2001, please fill out an Interlibrary Loan Request

Over 1500 journals from one of the largest scientific publishers. Includes titles formerly published by Academic Press and Pergamon. We have not licensed every title, and because we have purchased backfiles separately there are cases where we have coverage only prior to 1995.
